Being a Professional with more that thirty years of experience in different HR Jobs, always in relation with Technology Projects, I have the strong conviction that I can be a helpful incorporation to your company.

I have proven to have a good track in attracting and identifying talent in young professionals. I consider myself to be a genuine team worker, with strong negotiation and mediation skills. I am used to work in structures and projects with an international, inter-cultural and technological dimension and able to adapt to rapidly changing environments/conditions. Geographically I have always been involved in organizations along Europe and the Americas. Additionally I have participated as a founder in two start-ups what gives me also the experience of knowing the difficulties and challenges that this implies.
